Currently, he is a SAP ABAP Lead at XXXX, where as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the organization’s enterprise systems, he manages the entire ERP lifecycle, filtering business requirements through the lens of operational efficiency and technical feasibility. He spearheaded the end-to-end implementation of SAP Field Service Management (FSM), digitizing a legacy paper-based process for a large-scale technician and supervisor network. He orchestrates the collaboration between local business units and backend technical teams in India, ensuring that high-priority developments align with SAP best practices. He also oversees the health and integration of SD, MM, PS, FI, and ABAP, prioritizing business requests to maximize ROI and system stability. Before this, he was at a contractual role where he directed the critical post-go-live activities for a major S/4HANA (2022 version) upgrade. And also managed the complex stabilization phase following an ECC to S/4HANA transition, resolving technical bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth handover for the client. Previously, he was a SAP ABAP Consultant at XXXX, where he partnered closely with functional consultants to troubleshoot and implement technical solutions for regional products specifically designed for the GCC market. He established a rigorous technical foundation, progressing from an intern to a specialized consultant for large-scale government and industrial projects. He was consulted for Indian government billing departments, translating administrative planning into custom SAP reports and technical developments. He also spent his early years mastering ABAP coding, bug fixing, and report generation across multiple industry sectors. 2. And then come into the functional side where he have a good knowledge of processes, the cycles, be it the sales. He is expert in S/4HANA development, utilizing CDS Views and OData services to build high-performance, real-time data models that power Fiori and external analytics. He is a specialist in creating robust APIs that act as a secure bridge between SAP and non-SAP systems, facilitating seamless third-party integrations. And also has a proven track record of implementing automated e-invoicing solutions across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full legal and tax compliance in the GCC region and beyond. Moreover, he is expert at taking complex, non-standard business requirements and “filtering” them into a stable SAP functional design. He understands that while SAP provides a standard, 90% of industries require a tailored approach. He possesses deep cycle knowledge, from initial Inquiry and Quotation to Billing and Invoicing, ensuring that the document flow is both technically sound and financially accurate. His unique value lies in his ability to look at a functional bottleneck in the Sales Department and immediately architect the ABAP fix or the OData service required to solve it. As an ERP Manager, he focuses on the long-term health of the system, prioritizing upgrades and automation (like Field Service Management) that deliver the highest operational impact. A veteran of ECC to S/4HANA migrations, he ensures that the “Post-Go-Live” phase is stabilized by aligning the new technical capabilities of S/4 with the existing business cycles. 3.
