He’s currently working in Sharjah, for a Cloud SaaS provider as a CTO where he leads the modernization of enterprise platforms into cloud-native environments. His role entails aligning infrastructure with ambitious growth targets of their company; he currently handles more than 20-30 engineers and there was a time, he managed about 4-5 engineering teams in total. Before this, he was the Engineering Manager at a regional cloud solutions firm where he delivered SaaS platforms for financial services, healthcare, and government agencies. He was also an Engineering Manager before that, where he was involved with managing high-traffic enterpise applications. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

Strongest skills would be cloud infrastructure leadership, SaaS architecture, and scaling engineering teams since he has been doing these things for more than 10 years now. He is expert in designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms, implementing DevOps pipelines, and ensuring compliance with regional data sovereigntly laws. As a CTO, he has successfully led the migraiton of a government services platform in Sharjah to a cloud-native SaaS environment, reducing infrastructure costs by 30%, achieving 99.99% uptime, and enabling real-time citizen engagement across multiple departments.
