2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be delivering large-scale programmes for the last 25 years, and he has never failed on any delivery so far. He’s good with building teams, leading them in a way that they enjoy working for him, and he just enjoys bringing people together. On top of that, he’s proficient on the technical side of things and is knowledgeable on every detail about what they are delivering; he understands how backend, frontend networks work, he can cable and build, he can network, and he believes it’s a very good strength because when delivering transformation, system platform, even data centre, you have to deal with issues more than 5 to 6 times a day so you have to be quick in resolving issues with a quick turnaround time.
