1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently with XXXX as the Chief System Architect where he’s responsible for leading, managing, and engaging all the solutions of the company; he’s directly reporting to the management. Apart from that, he’s the one validating the architecture, giving suggestions and technical feedback, as well as work with several vendors including EY, Deloitte, PwC, and some biggest projects of Dubai. He has been in the industry since 2005 and did his studies in Computer Science. After that, he came to Dubai and has been living there since then; he joined a startup company based out of US for his first job and worked on a New York Stock State product as a Software Developer. After that, he joined XXXX as a Software Engineer which is another startup company, they worked on products for the Middle East region. Then worked as a Software Consultant as well for XXXX and a Team Lead for Payments, Contact Centre, and CRM for the XXXX; he worked there on various enterprise solutions from core banking to surrounding enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, VPM, and more. He also has given solutions to work on payments, various local and international payment solutions and several transformation projects as well such as cloud migration, investment payments, and more. After some time, he joined XXXX, they specialize in working and developing products for payments as well as blockchain-enabled wallets; the company also has given him the task to architect end-to-end cryptocurrency platform and worked with several teams across Europe, India, and local ones. His last role before his current one was with XXXX as a Senior Solutions Architect where he was responsible for working on several enterprise electric change requests and projects focused towards cards, payments, and related ones.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be on the technical side of things including payments, enterprise systems, integrations, platforms, blockchain, data, and AI since he has been in this space for more than 15-20 years. On the soft side, he’s frequently engaged with C-level executives and has worked closely with Head of Architecture previously, CIO, CEO, COO, and anyone who were running transformation projects. One of his biggest achievement would be enabling and modernizing the platform for his previous company; they were a legacy bank with several legacy applications which he was able to modernize most of them. He was also able to bring awareness on the cloud, be involved with several innovative projects; previously, he architected and led a project called Supply Chain Finance, it was running entirely on blockchain and it generated the most revenue out of all their applications. He also has experience making a cryptocurrency exchange platform and for six months, he has engaged with several teams across Asia, Europe, and Middle East.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been within payment, blockchain, and banking/finance for many years now; has been within this space since he started his career. He’s strong with blockchain and has worked with POCs, projects in blockchain for private and public sectors, a small chain finance application using Ethereum, and more so he can use this for his next job; he also did a cryptocurrency exchange platform for his previous company. He does have the connections and relationships within the local UAE market although he doesn’t have direct sales or commercial experience, he has worked with lots of sales team so he’s also familiar with the processes.
