1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has lived in Dubai ever since her childhood. Has about 18 years of experience and more than 8+ years of experience doing purely software sales. She mostly has been working as an individual contributor and hunter roles so she’s comfortable with acquiring new businesses for their company. Currently, she’s with XXXX as a Senior Enterprise Sales Director where she is mainly involved with end-to-end loan management solution, BNPL solution, as well as risk management solution; also data archival solutions for their banking clients. She is mainly involved here with SaaS and mostly servicing manufacturing, banking and finance, insurance, retail, healthcare, and many more. On a daily basis, she manages the status of sales cycle starting from cold calls, prospecting, arranging customer demo, negotiation, up to closing of deals. She was previously focusing on technical solutions sales with XXXX as an Enterprise Sales Manager; where she was responsible here for managing all the status of sales cycle from lead generation, cold sales, and running her own campaigns as well as attending industry events and seminars to gather leads. Before this, she was with XXXX Sales as a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her good communication skills since she is a salesperson and believes she’s great with communicating from gatekeepers right up to C-level executives. Also good with liaising and negotiation with stakeholders since she has done some professional trainings to win deals and give extra compromises to the customers.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 8 years of experience as a sales/hunter sales and has years of successful track record of sales achievement. She is also good with core banking software and products so she’s familiar with financial services as well. Experienced with handling existing clients and also can do account management. Majority of her experience is within SaaS solutions for different industry and is well-exposed to payments and fintech space at this point.
