1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated around 2014, specializing in financial accounting and auditing, although his true passion lies with people, driving growth, and sales. He was then able to build a career of nine years in B2C and B2B sales with strong focus in SaaS sales and solution selling. He started his career with XXXX as a Customer Success Associate where their product was SkyTV and provided technical help to the customers, did upsell and cross-sell, and basically provided solution to customers by leveraging his strong communication skills; he was able to achieve about 92% of customer satisfaction back then. From there, he joined XXXX where he was involved with schools and institutions to combine their curriculum with coding and other skills; he started with them as an SDR but later on, was handling the full B2B sales cycle, where he drove national growth and revenue. He owned the complete outbound pipeline back then including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, webinars, and did demos in order to close them as well. After that, he joined XXXX as a Sr. Associate for Enterprise Business where their area of operations was GCC, India, and also North America; they were a global learning platform that partners with top universities across the globe. He used to report directly to the regional directors back then and used to handle enterprise accounts like S&P Global, VCV, and even TCS. The first part of their revenue was done when their client was on board and the second part of their revenue generations was done when the micro website was set up.
He also worked with XXXX as a Business Development Representative where he was doing B2B and had a marketplace of engineers from FMCG, startups, and IT services as well. Their AI-powered platform helped the entire process of companies to cut down to only 15 days of vetting potential candidates. He also moved to XXXX as a Founding Merchant Acquisition & Sales where they built a platform majorly for restaurants, hotels, and hospitals. He single-handedly introduced the brand to the UAE market, did negotiations, and was able to generate more than 500+ leads and grossed about 7 deals, generating about 600K USD of revenue GMV for them. Very recently, he got an opportunity to join XXXX as a Sales & Strategy, an automated marketplace, where he owned the sales part and the marketing part end-to-end. He has been responsible for handling the Google Ads, onboarding partnerships, and within his short span of time with them, he has already onboarded about 11 showrooms, get more than 600 listings, and so on.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be prospecting and negotiation since he has been doing these for many years; he is great with doing thorough research about their prospects, what the company’s aim would be, and use multi-threading skills to get them onboarded and convert into a champion. During his time with XXXX, he did about 1M USD a year and his most recent achievements with XXXX were being able to bring in famous logos, driving about 600K USD of GMV in such a small span of time.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 6 years of B2B sales experience, working mainly with SaaS-based platforms, EdTech, and AI-driven products. Previously, he was selling an AI-platform for the EdTech sector, vetting suitable candidate profiles, and majority of his experience falls into SaaS as well; he would be comfortable working with Voice AI, conversational AI, and other AI products since he is knowledgeable with it, completely understands AI/Agentic AI, and uses it in his personal tasks. He has worked within three continents including GCC, Northern America, and even India so most of his prospects are coming from these areas
