1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in Dubai now for about 4 years and is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Customer Success/Account Manager where he manages enterprise accounts, commercial accounts, and even SMBs. Most of their customers are coming across Middle East, UK, Saudi, India, and others for e-mail security solutions and security gateway products in general. Before this, he was working with a managed services provider called XXXX as a Customer Success Manager and was working mainly on Microsoft solutions. Back then, he was providing solutions and building propositions to customers, started with them as an MS365 Cloud Account Manager, gradually moving up to a Consultant, and then last role was a Customer Success Manager where was able to achieve 100% renewal rates in 2020-2021 and surpassed ARR targets by 10-15% annually; also led and expanded the customer success team by about 300% and revenue retention by 22%.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be customer relationships, customer management, and kind of helping his customers grow especially large ones like CSOs in the region, executive-level team; great with building and maintaining good relationship with them, and to make sure the customers are retained and their accounts grow at the same time.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been within enterprise SaaS sales, account management, and customer success for more than 10 years now. He is also comfortable working in a startup environment because of his first company, so he has good understanding of how it works. Has experience selling to mid-market clients and also larger companies most recently.
