1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his education in London but is originally from India; he also lived a few in Saudi Arabia due to the environment of his father’s work. He did his undergraduate from XXXX in India with B-Tech in Computer Engineering, where he learned Django, React, frontend/backend, machine learning, deep learning, and so on. He got 9.52 CGPA which resulted in him getting a partial scholarship with XXXX where he did his MSc in Software Systems Engineering; he selected AI-related modules, applied deep learning, data mining, and information retrieval to improve his knowledge with AI plus his software skills.
On the professional side, he worked as a Database Management Professional during his undergraduate where he directly reported to the CEO and was responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing candidate/client databases. After that, he joined XXXX as an Intern where he later on became the team leader for interns, distributing tasks with them and so on. He also got a TA position in XXXX for Software Engineering courses for Computer Science Masters students; he worked directly with professors back then and was involved with supporting in-class activities, learning materials, and so on. As a part of his final semester project, he chose to do a research project under a company, XXXX, where he’s doing data mining, data science, and classification using Python as the primary programming language. They are a team of five right now and he’s the one allotting the tasks with his team members; they are working on an independent project and he’s involved with all parts such as coordinating with academic supervisors/clients, doing demos, writing codes, mining classification, and so on.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his programming skills in C and Python; he is also exposed with unit testing and software development in general. He considers himself proficient with machine learning, AI, integrating AI into software, and such. His main tech stack would be React Native or React.js, Typescript, Next.js, and on the backend, it would be Django, Node.js; on the database side, he’s good with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
