    He has 15+ years of experience in the industry. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering from XXXX University in India and started his career in 2010 with a networking company, working in digital networks. He began his telecom journey working on platforms like Nortel and Avaya. In his early projects, he supported clients such as XXXX, XXXX, and a smaller telecom company called XXXX. He initially worked in unified communications, mainly focused on office PBX design and support, and later moved into the contact center domain, which involves handling global customers and large-scale customer interactions. He has hands-on experience in designing contact center solutions, creating IVR call flows, call recordings, and building reports and dashboards. Overall, he has spent 15 years working across telecom technologies, from digital to IP and now cloud. Currently, he works on Genesys PureEngage and Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) and achieved his Genesys Cloud certification this year. He is now planning to pursue the Genesys Architect certification. He is currently working at XXXX and will complete seven years with the company in May 2026, having worked on multiple projects and continuing to gain strong learning exposure.
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    His strongest skill is that he finds it hard to say no to work. Even when his plate is already full, especially in the IT industry where sprints come with many business requirements, tight timelines, calls, meetings, and other tasks, he still takes on extra work. He sees this as both a strength and a weakness. Because of this, he often ends up spending more time working. Right now, he is handling two projects in parallel and usually works around 12 hours a day. It can get a bit hectic, but he enjoys the work.
