With over 15 years of experience in key
account management and sales strategy development, he began his career in sales
as a field engineer after earning a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. In this role, he engaged contractors on job sites through product demonstrations, effectively converting visits into sales. He later moved to a major company
where he adapted to a distributor-based business model, contributing to significant projects like Dubai Airport and New Doha International Airport,
while gaining valuable market insights. Additionally, he has supported smaller
companies by creating sales tools and establishing a regional distributor network. Most recently, he has worked with a startup-like organization,
successfully specifying products for large development projects and cultivating
relationships with interior designers and architects.
2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest skills have been through diverse experiences across various companies, particularly in smaller organizations where he has taken on multiple roles. He recognizes the disconnect between marketing and sales departments, enabling him to effectively bridge the gap and establish processes from scratch when necessary. While he values starting with the right resources for a smoother transition, he is also adept at building systems from the ground up and enhancing subpar existing resources to benefit both the organization and its market.
