1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Completed his Master’s in Business Analytics from San Francisco way back 2020 and has done his BBA in Finance back in India as well. From there, he has moved to the US, worked with major clients in the banking and financial domain, had a Business System Analyst experience from XXXX and a Business Analyst role from XXXX before that. For the past 3. 5 years, he has been with XXXX as a Senior Business Analyst and also a Project Manager, where he’s leading a couple of projects; his current one is Wisdom AI, a BI tool embedded with AI/ML capabilities. Apart from that, they also work on automations in a specific UI product which is used to automate workflows and processes, it also has a multi-agent systems. He is with the Corporate Finance team so they work on restatements under the corporate transformation team. He’s responsible for two projects right now including the UI automation one, where they automate all processes including validating the financial data with SAP Business Objects; he’s a part of UAT, BAT, requirement gathering with all his projects, and such. The other project is the Wisdom AI which he has been testing for a couple of years now until it’s finally the production. They have been following Agile, does a couple of stand-ups three to four times a week, and work closely with 8-9 people in his team composed of testers, BAs, and their project manager.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be working in the financial domain and IT/data sectors. He’s also well-versed with multi-agents orchestration and SAP objects from testing to deployment, including requirement gathering, delegating it to developers to work on, translating, and he’s a very constructive person to be a bridge between developers and all relevant teams; he believes in teamwork and collaboration. In terms of technology, he’s good with SQL, Python, and R, different BI tools, and so on. On top of all these, he’s a Certified Tableau and Power BI Professional.
