1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? For about 8 years, he has always been an Administrative Assistant where he worked with a lot of databases, lot of information/documents, and covered tasks for customers as well; most of his focus was really on data. About a year ago, he decided to enroll in a Master’s Degree on Generative AI since he was really interested in Artificial Intelligence; he has been studying and working on AI agents, automations, audiovisual content generated with AI. During this time, he has also learned coding and is able to develop apps using different tools such as Visual Studio Code, Python, JavaScript; also good with different AI models such as Claude and Codex, regarding automations, he has experience with Make, n8n, Bytecoding for building agents and automations. Apart from these, he has good hands-up with Docker, Azure, and even Google Cloud. He is proficient with Nano Banana, Midjourney, Freepik (Magnific), and HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc. He has recently created a database manager called Consult Bot; its database is hosted in Airtable, automation built on n8n, and you can basically search, add, update, and edit data on the database from the chat bot. Right now, he’s working on a project called Balance Bot, which is composed of five different agents that allow you to organize your tasks, work-life, and such; the backend allows you to talk to the bot, organize everything for you, and submit a report, prioritize the things that are more important in your workload. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his flexible mind and mindset that is always ready to learn; he’s very open to listen to other people’s point of view, learn something new, and apply them to his work. Strong technically with data since he has been doing that for 8 years now, and AI since he has done this on an education perspective and professional perspective as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has been studying and working with AI projects for almost a year now. Strongest with Python, good with API-driven applications, and has worked on ElevenLabs as well; he has integrated AI bots to CRM platforms as well. Aside from chat bots, conversational AI, he has also worked on a Voice AI project with Balance Bot.

He graduated as a Computer Science Engineering from India and has performed a six-month internship in XXXX where he did a lot of machine learning. Later on, he moved to a Telecom company, XXXX and joined as an AI/ML Engineer under the Research & Development team; they have two stages of work in the company, one is providing design and plans to the construction of telecom designs and the other one is evaluating those works. His role and responsibility in this company is to monitor the production flows, workflows, and try to automate majority of the workflows as well. He has two major projects he developed himself, one being the Work Claim project which reduced the man hours from 300+ hours to 30+ hours only by automating the process and the other one was an Agentic AI workflow system; he has also performed many personal initiatives like voice assistance, ElevenLabs, Salesforce, and more. Right now, they have 24 members working under the R&D team, all based in India. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his great grasp with modern analysis, tackling problems, and solving them effectively, apart from his coding knowledge. As an engineer, he believes it’s important to think clearly, critically, and also out of the box when building solutions for their clients. He has a lot of cloud exposure and also uses Python on a regular basis. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has almost 3 years of experience now within AI and ML engineering. Has great hands-on with APIs, webhooks, and doing CRM integrations as well; he has worked extensively with conversational AIs (chat bots) and has personal project experience with Voice AI using VAPI and ElevenLabs, later on integrating it into a CRM. Has exposure with getting business requirements from clients and then transforming them into efficient AI solutions for them as well.

She has been working in the field of data science and machine learning for the last seven years. Currently, she’s with XXXX as an AI Engineer Consultant, a luxury real estate firm, where they are keen in driving their marketing campaigns and targeting that will help them in generating sales through AI; she’s working on various projects in-house such as developing consistent AI-driven processes which can help their team in getting quality leads for their property weddings. Right now, she’s working on a module to integrate with a lot of their in-house services, which includes procurement processes, AI-driven processes for campaign management (campaigns that run on different social media platforms), and such. She’s building a platform with them that will be useful for handling and taking decisions for the team, it helps them take intelligent decisions for budget allocation, better leads, and it’s also a good chatting platform to give you a complete analysis of your ads. Another project she’s working on is an in-house agentic platform for their HR department. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Data Scientist, where she worked on the marketing domain as well and a lot of retail management. They had different clients with different campaigns, from various sectors like construction, pharmaceutical, and so on; she also has acquired machine learning experience from that role, even before Claude and AI became a thing. She started with Data Scientist roles from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and a Data Analyst role for XXXX. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be bridging the gap between business solution and technical solution; she is good with getting the client or customer’s needs and if AI can be the answer to it or not, she will not try to sell an AI solution to a client that doesn’t need it. On the technical side of things, she’s been good with Python and Databricks since she has been using it a lot; lately, she has been using a lot of LLMs in building chat bot systems and agent overflows. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has about 7 years of experience now within the AI engineering and is good with APIs, CRM integrations, and some automation workflows. Has worked and has exposure with ElevenLabs, proficient with conversational AI (chat bots), and would be willing to work on Voice AI projects as well. Has proven expertise in getting business requirements, can sit down with customers and propose a solution that will be helpful to them.

She’s an IT professional with over 5 years of experience in backend development specifically. Right after her graduation, she joined as a Junior Developer for XXXX, she started as a Siebel developer but due to project requirements, she had to switch her tech stack to Java and worked on bug fixes as well on waterfall model. On that job, she was involved with requirement analysis, debugging, and small change requests. After that, she moved to XXXX as a Backend Systems Engineer (Java) where she got the advantage of working on a government project known as the XXXX, they had to track the crime rates in the state of Kerala, India. Also in that role, she got the opportunity to work on a complete module which is the Employee Verification module; also did requirements gathering, database design using MySQL, MongoDB, and so on. Apart from the technical side, she also had experience mentoring her junior colleagues on that role. Later on, she moved to UK for her studies and got a job as a developer with XXXX, worked on a document management product; she did a no-code workflow back then that will run behind the screen. Then she got on to XXXX where she worked with a Fintech client and dealt with credit cards, utilized Java 17, Spring Boot Microservices, and deployed it using AWS. Since they were working on an Agile model, they do two-week sprints and starts her morning with stand-up calls to discuss blockers, pending tasks, and so on. They were an 8-member team back then composed of developers and two testers. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be backend development since she has been working on this for the past 5 years; she has done a lot of documentations on Agile environment using Java, rates herself a 4 out of 5 in it including her knowledge, skills, and experience. Industry-wise, she has worked with different ones including healthcare, government, SaaS, and most recently, into FinTech.

She is an AI Solution Architect and a Full Stack Developer with a total of 3 years of experience in Dubai. She is currently working with XXXX and is building a project for a US-based health organization which has 150 facilities; she’s working on RAG applications, multi-agent workflows which includes HIPAA concern and LLM architecture. The organization has about 40,000 employees so their internal knowledge base should be provided within the chatbot she’s building and it should be able to provide answers to them based on that. Their current IT team is composed of two people from the US and two people from Dubai; they have a total of six members and she’s one of the AI companions working with AI projects. She reports directly to their Software Engineer/SQL Developer based out of the US. Before this role, she was working with a tech-based company called XXXX as a Software Developer and AI Specialist where she has built different AI projects for tourism, finance, e-commerce, and more. She also built a multi-agent workflows for them and other agents that will help customers regarding water-based and desert-based activities. She started her career with XXXX as a Python Developer where she designed and built full stack applications using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL depending on client’s needs. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be her fast-learning skills and her strong interest with how AI is evolving every day. She is up for challenging roles that will let her handle vast number of projects instead of narrow ones. When it comes to tools and technologies, she’s proficient with VS Code for AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and other technologies used for AI building. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has almost 2 years of experience within AI engineering; strong with APIs, webhooks, and has done CRM integration and automation workflows on production environment. She has experience using ElevenLabs and has built conversational AI and voice AI projects although due to certain restrictions, those projects didn’t went to production eventually; they dropped it at about 95% completion so she still acquired experience from it. She has proven record of translating business requirements into AI solutions and has been doing it for her current and previous companies. She is comfortable working with a startup since her previous company is one and right now, they also have a lean technical team.
