His last role was with XXXX, as a Technical Expert and Software Coach, where he was focusing on the architecture design and product development in the field of network data processing. Before this, he was with XXXX in Shanghai for about 13 years; he started with them as a Software Manager then later on was promoted as a Senior Software Manager. He worked with engineering teams in scheduling projects for both hardware and software integration; he was also involved with testing-related, customer/technical support responsibilities. Prior to that, he was a Senior Software Engineer for the same company where he developed router software for both data plane and control plane, as well as L2/L3 protocol service development, network processor-based data forwarding, all within embedded system environments. He also worked with XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer where he worked with routers, switches, and gateways based on embedded systems. After his graduation, he joined XXXX as a Software Engineer and Team Leader where he worked on network security and other router products such as switches, gateways, and other embedded systems. 2. Strongest skills would be management of large teams in developing large-scale products within the network and connection industry; he has managed different teams including testers, hardware team, software team, and even marketing teams. Apart from that, he’s good with delivering top-quality products that keeps their customers confident in what they do, which is mainly embedded-based products. 3. He has more than 20 years of experience in the software engineering industry, and has started his career as a Software Engineer then gradually moving up to a Senior Software Manager position; he has about 10+ years in managerial roles already and has handled about 40-50 people as his biggest team size so far.
