What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? – He is strong in customer service and a patient person since he has been in the customer service industry for many years, and he also has a strong problem-solving skill, and he also knows the process in the banking industry. He also has a strong knowledge in the Dubai and China market since most of the customer he dealt with were Chinese and Emirati people. He worked as a customer service in a banking company, and he answers the inbound call and replies to the customer emails and also answers the customer chats and most of the customers are more on the trading complaints and he provides a ticket to the right department, and he also writes an email to the customers He also works with his managers to resolve the problem to make sure that they are meeting the expectations of the client.
