Previous companies and jobs?  She’s currently working with XXXX, which is an automotive chip company, she manages all technical writings mostly for chip products, including user guide, instruction manuals, and also create contents for their digital marketing such as Linkedin, posts, articles, and others. In summary, she is in charge of all the technical documentations, promotional materials, translation of videos, for their automotive chip products; she’s a part of the in-house documentation team so she usually works with the company’s products and events. This is her first job after graduation, and she has a Master’s Degree in Chinese to English translation which is quite relevant to her job right now. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  Strongest skill would be expertise in making user documents more understandable and easier to read at by their target audience; she’s great in making promotional copies more appealing to regular users and customers as well. She uses tools like Doc As Code toolset for creating and writing the documents, including Git, markup languages, and sphinx; also uses Adobe tools mostly for editing images. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has over 3 years of experience in the technical writing field and is knowledgeable already with the standards and compliance part. The main product she has worked on are mostly hardware chips for automotive and would be comfortable working on engineering-related, machine, and consumer products in general. In terms of the tools, she has used Adobe Suite tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator; also familiar with XML documentation and is willing to learn more about it on a professional level. Previous companies and jobs?  She’s originally from Indonesia where she did her Bachelor’s and is currently preparing for her MBA in Macau this year. Her last role was a Technical Writer for XXXX where she mainly worked on oil and gas industry, she did technical documentations related to software applications for the same industry; she mostly did user guides, manuals, UAT, some software testing, and also did some business analytics for them. Previously, she was a Sales Administration for XXXX, where she managed and monitored sales order management, did procurement, and also did business analytics for the team to understand how their system work; she also did testing continuously from start to end up to delivery. Most of her knowledge in that experience, she has carried over to her technical writing job afterward. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  Strongest skill would be her analytical thinking skills and her communication skills as well since she have to do lots of English documentation before. She mainly worked on software applications documentations previously and has used different tools for writing/editing including Microsoft Office Suite tools, JIRA, Tableau, and Talent Studio for documentations; also knowledgeable with manual testing, understands data warehouse, and data analytics tools as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has about 5 years of experience in technical writing, mostly on software technical documentation for oil and gas related software. She also has worked on hardware materials previously so she’s also confident to work in that area; knowledgeable with the standards, directives, and also compliance. Most of it are actual sourcing and procurement, as well as verification of facts on the ground; he also works with some Chinese companies for copywriting, marketing, and also writing with technical documents. He has worked mostly within the Shenzhen electronics industry, consumer products, but sometimes work with other sectors as well such as mining, fact verification, and due diligence. Before that, he also was doing sales, marketing, and business development where he reaches out to companies and see opportunities for collaboration; later on, he deployed himself as a consultant to build connections and see more business opportunities. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  Strongest skill would be within writing and business analysis as well; he has a facility for understanding new fields of business quickly, understanding the technical details, and analyse new markets fairly. He studied construction technology and other related subjects. He studied that as a project manager, they must study a quite number of subjects involved in project management skills, management of time, cost, quality, and mostly speaking.  He also went to study tour in Singapore and Malaysia. He got the chance to visit deep basement construction work in Malaysia which is managed by Gaman Ganska. He also spent fully a month time with another few students together to learn from the mainland counterpart which involved the construction of China Museum construction project, and his major duties is to learn from the mainland counterpart to make sure the quality assurance and quality control aspects are well managed. After his graduation, he entered a Singaporean developer company called XXXX, and he works there for the leasing department as a junior card. Before entering that company, he has an interview with XXXX which is a government organization. He chooses to enter the XXXX and work as a building safety assistant. His major duties there was within the discipline of their building surveying duties which he works with a quite number of directors and they mainly deal with commercial property transaction and make commercial building transition and investments. After that, he joined XXXX and he works for the SAP engineer. It is a consultant project of two primary school building structures, and he mainly deals with daily site inspection duties and also site coordination work and administrative tasks. He has a salesperson license in the USA set up and have a quite number of years in dealing with commercial leasing and commercial property leasing, especially for grade A office tower. Previous companies and jobs?  She is currently a technical writer for XXXX brand and she’s working on technical documentation for hardware such as devices for gamers (mouse, keyboards, monitors, etc.), and other products paired with software applications. Apart from that, she also prepares and support documentation for their products’ gift boxes, do quick start guides, manuals, how the device looks like (document for illustration), full information/user manual of the device on their website, and such; she also worked a little bit on the application side as well but most of her experience is within hardware devices. Before this, she was working with different companies such as XXXX as an Assistant and started as a Freelance Translator, mostly translating web-novels from Chinese to Russian. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  Strongest skill would be her problem-solving skills since there are lots of scenarios where she have to check and recheck the devices she works with, ask questions about it to different departments, and accumulate all information about the product itself to be able to provide a clear list and correct/accurate information about it to customers. 3. She has over 2 years of technical writing now, mostly with consumer (gamer) products and devices, mainly the hardware part of it; would be comfortable working with consumer products and engineering-related products as well. He started his career with XXXX, where he initially joined as a Lead Technician and was operating and maintaining equipment for solar cell manufacturing. Later on, he was promoted as a Senior Process Engineer where he was responsible for process and equipment development, optimization, and control for plant goals and objectives. Afterwards, he moved to XXXX as a Manufacturing Engineer where they assembled front line to end line, responsible for selecting, commissioning, and development of equipment for production. He worked for XXXX after that, he was a Tooling Engineer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he was mainly responsible for US military government property tools and equipment including set-up, maintenance, security, and storage to be used in production. He had to go back to the Philippines after that and worked with XXXX as a Facilities Manager/Supervisor where he managed to upkeep the building, equipment, and supplies, together with safety standards. This title is given to him since he frequently go out and meet clients, so he’s not actually a sales person but speaks to their client most of the time and provide the tender for them. He works in the IT department for a container terminal operating system, he works on documenting the solution, review and act as SME to guide other technical writers in other regions on what type of content is acceptable. On top of that, a lot of his work is understanding the rules behind containerization, apply it to documentation, testing of quality, and review whether their documentations are correct and accurate. They also have other concepts and systems such as billing management systems, IoT devices documentation, location detection systems, and such. Before this, he was a Technical Editor for XXXX as a Technical Editor, their main focus there was on CRM systems such as Salesforce, RPA (automation), and low-code platform systems, where he was mainly writing proposals for RFPs, tenders mostly for government and education-related jobs, and user guides for the solution. 2.
