Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales professional to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and client needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored, understood, and effectively delivered. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients.

  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.

  • Work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with customer expectations.

  • Provide pre-sales support during the bidding and negotiation process.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding both technical and business requirements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

  • Assist in post-sales handover to implementation teams, ensuring smooth delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales (minimum [X] years).

    • Experience in [specific industry/technology, e.g., SaaS, IT infrastructure, hardware solutions].

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of software, hardware, or IT solutions relevant to the role.

    • Ability to design, present, and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
