1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Right now, he’s with XXXX as a Senior .NET Developer and a Solution Architect for Azure Cloud with multiple microservices, interacting with the APIs, developing and working on Azure Kubernetes Services; they are using AI a lot as well. He works closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and try to understand the requirement from the clients, help team members in understanding that, up until to working on the requirements itself. He also reviews the work that his teammates are doing, support if they need any guidance, and lead them some of the times. He is currently working with a Unified Endpoint Management System project where he works on the UI and the backend as well; he’s also involved with building agents for them. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Full Stack Developer Lead, he worked back then for a client called Assurant, an insurance company giving insurance to mobile phones and such. He worked on one of their insurance product/website, he worked on adding/deleting policies, claims, and so on. He also worked with XXXX as a .NET Developer, a market research domain company, where he built enterprise application that serve million requests. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be on the solution architect side of things; he’s also good with leading a team and doing hands-on coding as well as reviewing. He’s proficient with designing enterprise systems using .NET, Angular, Azure, Terraform, GitOps; also full stack and microservices including REST API, Kubernetes, Azure Endpoint systems, Azure IoT Hub device systems, and more. When it comes to industry and domain, he considers himself strong with insurance, banking, and finance side since he has worked on this for more than 3 years before.

His career is focused in helping companies to turn repetitive manual process into smart AI-driven workflows that save time and cut costs by using n8n API integration and LLMs. His last role was with XXXX as an AI Automation Engineer where he built production-based recruiting platform using LLM orchestration, integrating RAG, and voice processing. That project improved the workflow efficiency by up to 65% and automated candidate screening that used to take hours. Also, in this role, he was driven to understand the business process, build a practical solution around it rather than choosing the technology for its own sake. He has built workflow automations, voice AI, conversational AI, and enterprise automation as well for them. He is now looking to bring the same automation mindset to a team where he can apply AI automation data to streamline workflow and create real business impact. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be AI conversation engine, Rest API, JSON, and others like WhatsApp Business API concept, databases, and automation tools. He’s good with n8n for workflow automation, Zapier, Power Automate, and more. He is also flexible when it comes to industry; he has been in recruitment but would be open for any other industry in the market. One of his favourite projects was the most recent one with XXXX, a WhatsApp Recruitment Automation project, where he built an AI assistant that communicate with candidates over WhatsApp, understand messages, and do series job-matching up to automatic recruitment workforce. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has a total of 1+ year of experience in AI Automations; strong with APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, and uses mostly n8n for autonomous workflows. He previously has integrated Voice AI with a WhatsApp AI agent so he’s knowledgeable with voice AI as well, together with conversational AI/chat bots. Strong with VAPI platform and can be involved with client meetings, getting business requirements, and proposing an AI solution for them as well.

1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has completed her MSc in Data Science from XXXX. For the past year, she has done her internship as an AI Solution Engineer where she built production-ready AI assistance tools, especially chat and voice assistance for different business goals including ones for real estate, hospitality, and such. She was able to build conversational AI, supporting the business to improve their performance, and one of them was actually built for a website that acted as the client itself; for example in their real estate project, they’ve trained the agent so it’s available for 24 hours every day, it can chat with the users, gather information from them, and send it to the agent so they can compile properties and information for them. She has built demos and POCs for different business and industries such as e-commerce, finance, real estate, hospitals, and more. Right now, she’s doing remote internship with a US company, XXXX, where she has developed an AI operator that helps businesses to automate their workflows. One of their features is mainly to find investors and fundraisers; the AI helps find relationship/connection, what they’re looking for, and does automation. They also have email automation, meetings transcription, calendars integration, and more. On a regular basis, they do AI research: tools available in the market, how AI is evolving every day, and so on. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be anything machine learning-related since her Master’s is based on that; she’s good with training models. During her internships, she got more experience with LLMs, fine tuning, how to build AI assistants, conversational AI, and thinks she’s ready for production-ready AI systems in general. They previously built a Voice AI over the past six months, where they had to research and build something from scratch since it’s something that’s not yet big on the market. When it comes to the technical side, she’s good with Python, JavaScript-based frameworks and libraries, n8n for workflow automations, OpenAI, Codex, and Claude. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has over a year of total experience in AI engineering and is strong with API integration, webhook integration, and WhatsApp Business API; one of the projects she was involved with are WhatsApp chat bots where she integrated with agentic AI workflow. She has mostly done projects with ElevenLabs and VAPI, especially voice AI agents; she previously did a Voice AI Systems & CRM project where she designed a full-stack AI voice assistant platform using React, TypeScript, and Vite. She has been part of a lot of client meetings so she can be involved with business requirements and turning it into AI solutions later on.

She is currently working with XXXX as an AI engineer where she’s involved with deploying, monitoring, designing, and building of AI solutions while connecting it with API databases: FastAPI, MCP, and more; has also worked on evaluation, testing, and production deployment as well. She has also done a few projects including recommendation engine, staff scheduling, web scraping, and a few more where she was in-charge of getting the data information, understanding the workflow of the clients, designing the architecture, then adding the agent architecture/tools, start connecting it with API or database according to the requirement, and proceed with the monitoring and deployment. For every project, she has become comfortable in using AI assistant deployment and is good with using AI for building AI solutions. Previously, she was with XXXX as an AI Engineer where she used to do No-Code agentic services; they have built a few solutions using n8n and autonomous workflow applications. She started with an internship in India, with AI & ML as a focus, and led a 5-member team raising their model accuracy to about 20% through feature engineering and cutting issue resolution time by 30% with AI-assisted debugging. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be her fast-learning skills; she had no professional experience when she came to the UAE but got a job within a month and adapted on things easily. She’s also good with working in a team and adjust to the working environment. When it comes to the technical side of things, she’s proficient with Python, Tesseract, and Java at some points; she has exposure to both hands-on coding and no-code development, also good with debugging, implementation, monitoring, and testing through Claude. One of her favourite projects was the Menu Management project from her last role; she learned a new method that time because of the process and eventually came up with something that gave him 15 to 20 more points when it comes to accuracy. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has over a year of experience as an AI Engineer and considers herself strong with APIs, CRM integrations, webhooks, and even workflow automations; she did a Staff Scheduling agent previously that automatically schedules stuff through writing natural language rather than doing it manually. She’s familiar with ElevenLabs and Synthflow; has been involved with a Voice AI project specifically a speech-to-text and sentimental analysis where her agent was converting calls and recordings to text, she did that effectively with voice AI agents. She is proficient with understanding the business requirements and tailoring a solution fit for her clients. Comfortable working with a startup as long as there is someone much senior than her to mentor her on things.
