Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?   She began her career 4 years ago as a call center agent at XXXX, handling both inbound and outbound calls. 3 Years ago, she joined Dubai Health Authority as a customer service representative, later being promoted to a real-time analyst and workforce department role, generating reports and managing agent schedules.  She has worked as a KYC analyst at XXXX for 2 years, reviewing and validating customer documents for compliance. She recently participated in an AI identity verification system project to improve fraud risk reduction and regulatory compliance. She also collaborates with other departments to address client issues and ensure a smooth registration process. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Most of his experience is in the United Arab Emirates, so he has nearly a year of experience in facilities management. He then decided to move to his current company, where he works as an LED technician. He can repair laptops and all-in-one PCs. In total, he has almost a year of experience. He joined XXXX as an LED technician in June of last year. He can repair all kinds of LCD screens, including those on laptops and all-in-one PCs, addressing issues like scratches and other problems. His strongest skill is his professional hand skills and technical skills. His experience includes pre-sales activities like conducting site surveys, bidding, cost estimation, compliance management, vendor management, and designing tenders and documentation. He manages the entire process from scratch, including site visits, reviewing building plans, preparing technical documentation, submitting tenders both commercially and technically, closing deals, mobilizing projects until sign-off, and providing after-sales services like maintenance contracts and compliance support. His strongest skills lie in being a bridge between the technical and commercial aspects. He possesses a deep understanding of technology, customer requirements, market trends, and client budgets. His core area in telecom was power and power planning, which later evolved into infrastructure planning. He transitioned into the data center sector about 3 to 5 years ago, exploring new customers and working with both operators and vendors. Currently, he is working for a company involved in infrastructure planning and deployment. He manages key accounts for one of the major operators in the region. His career began with Siemens in Pakistan, after consultation roles, he moved to Oman, where he was part of the launch team for data centers. He then returned to Pakistan for a while, working with the cloud services team in the data centers field. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His strongest expertise lies on the technical side, particularly in infrastructure planning, deployment, and management for power systems and complete infrastructure for data centers, including networks. On the business development side, he is currently managing key accounts, interacting with customers, negotiating with them, handling bids, and managing the bidding process. He has been doing this for about 4 to 5 years now. These are his main areas of expertise. Additionally, he is skilled in budgeting and managerial tasks, including preparing presentations and addressing technical queries.

He then worked as an aircraft electronics engineer and avionics assembler for three years. Following, he spent a year as a calibration engineer and then 3 years as a system installation engineer. He also has experience in telematics and technical support. Before moving to Dubai, he worked as a field service engineer. In 2013, he arrived in Dubai and secured a position as a technical sales engineer for Mayor Marine Technologies, a company specializing in hydrographic and underwater inspection machines and ROV sensors. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His strongest skills lie in technical sales engineering. This expertise enables her to create clear and comprehensive proposals, even for complex products. As a Telecom Engineer, this role perfectly aligned with his studies and long-term career goals. Starting as a Technical Support Engineer, he spent nearly 2 years supporting their various systems, including software and hardware for tracking solutions. He also managed the ticketing system, resolving all customer complaints related to technical issues he was promoted to Operations Department. Here, he continued to provide support while also managing the operational process. This included direct communication with clients to schedule vehicle installations and ensure their availability. His role in coordinating the installation team, ensuring the technicians had the necessary hardware and software on-site. He also, tested functionality after installation and continued to provide support. After a year managing both responsibilities, he transitioned to Client Relationship Management, specifically focusing on Emirates Transport, his successful delivery of 5 projects for XXXX led to their high satisfaction with his service and project management skills.
